Get ready to dance – Bluesmobile has been keeping the Annapolis Valley on its feet for over 15 years, and Saturday night at Deep Roots is your chance to find out why. They’re bringing it all to Devour! Studios in Wolfville for a night you won’t want to miss.

This powerhouse ensemble is built for the dance floor. A tight, driving rhythm section lays the foundation, multiple vocalists bring fire and feeling to every song, and a full six-piece horn section delivers the kind of big, brassy sound you feel in your chest. With some of the Valley’s most seasoned and versatile musicians in the lineup, Bluesmobile doesn’t just play music – they own the room.

Named after the legendary car from the Blues Brothers films, Bluesmobile carries that same spirit of joyful, genre-defying musical adventure. Yes, they play the blues – but that’s only the beginning. From greasy funk and silky soul to driving R&B, hard rock, country twang, and pop hooks you can’t shake, their repertoire stretches from the 1970s all the way to today. One moment you’re moving to a classic Motown groove, the next you’re singing along to something you heard on the radio last month.

Whether you’re a seasoned swing dancer or just someone who can’t sit still when the horns kick in, Bluesmobilebrings something for everybody on the floor. Come ready to move.
